My story

So first to me. How did this blog and nutritional advice come about?

I have been a vegan since 2016 and deal a lot with everything to do with nutrition, veganism and health. Unfortunately, many people still believe that a vegan diet is unhealthy. In fact, the opposite is true!  

In the meantime, many studies and researches have shown that a purely plant-based diet is the healthiest form of nutrition for humans!

Don't get me wrong, just because you live vegan doesn't immediately mean that you live super healthy. There is more and more vegan fast food and a lot of processed products. That's why I'm mainly talking about a wholesome, plant-based diet.  

My main focus is on the positive health effects this diet can have on humans. How it can even prevent and cure diseases.  

I was able to experience this myself in my immediate environment, my dad was diagnosed with rheumatism when he was around 4 years old. At that time he was in severe pain and, among other things, could hardly move his hands but also many other joints and certainly not pain-free! Even small changes in diet meant that he was no longer in pain and could even stop taking the strong medication that his doctor had prescribed for him.  

It is my wish to help other people to have such great experiences of achievement.  

Whether it's an illness or the desire to lose weight or just want to feel fitter, nutritional advice never hurts!
