Loaded Sweet Potato

Die Süßkartoffel ist ein absolutes super-food und eine der gesündesten Gemüsearten der Welt! Durch den hohen Anteil an Antioxidantien kann der regelmäßige Konsum von Süßkartoffeln Krankheiten wie Krebs, Arteriosklerose, Rheuma, Alzheimer, Parkinson, Grauen Star und viele weitere vorbeugen.


 

Rezept


Ingredients:

2 Sweet Potatoes

2 Tomatoes

2 Spring onions

Sour Cream, as much as you prefer.


Guacamole:

1 Avocado

1/2 Lime or lemon

1 TL Onion powder

1 TL Garlic powder

1 TL Vegeta (or Salt)

1 TL Pepper


Preparation:

You can easily cook a sweet potato in the microwave. All you have to do is slice it up in the middle and then you just put it in your microwave. Depending on the output of your microwave the potato will take about 5 minutes until it's done. But I would recommend checking on it every two minutes, poking it with a fork to see if it is soft enough for your liking.

If you don't have a microwave you can wrap the potato in aluminium foil and put it in the oven at 200° Celsius for about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on how soft you want you potato to be.


After that you can add you toppings of choice, I decided to go with some guacamole, sour cream, spring onions and tomatoes. But you can add literally anything.
